Oh, Vienna!

On the 8th of September, we were joined by Matt, the winner of Brewklopedias homebrew club competition. We spend the day brewing his winning recipe of Vienna lager, containing a triple malt and triple hop bill.

After the brewday, it fermented for 7 days with lager yeast at 13 degrees. It was then packaged into kegs and bottle on 10th October and has been conditioning in our cold store since.

Now it’s on the bar! 5.4% Smooth, Malty and very autumnal. Available from the tap room and soon other outlets around the midlands too.

Bottles will also be available from Brewklopedia.

Welcome to the WEB blog!

We’ve been open for over a year and a half and still don’t have a website. Terrible I know.

However, we have a blog! I thought it would be a better, more chill way to publish what’s going on in the brewery tap and brewery itself.

Expect at the very least weekly updates maybe more depending on what exciting stuff we have going on.
